Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between RePlast OÜ (Registry code: 11979263; Address: Valdeku tn 168, 11217, Tallinn, Estonia; Email: info@nordih.com) (“Seller” or “we”) and the person making a purchase (“Customer” or “you”) on the website https://nordih.com/ (“Online Store”).
1.2. By placing an order in the Online Store, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and product prices at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Contracts formed before the amendment are governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1. The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. All prices are in Euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) of the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. A delivery fee may be added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the Customer and the delivery method selected. The delivery fee is displayed to the Customer at checkout.
2.3. Product information is provided immediately next to the product in the Online Store. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. To order products, add the desired products to the shopping cart (“Cart”).
3.2. Fill in all required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen.
3.3. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the Online Store.
3.4. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock running out or for any other reason, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
4. Payment Methods
4.1. Payment can be made securely using the following environments:
- Credit/Debit Card: Via Stripe or PayPal.
- Bank Links & Installments: Via Modena Estonia OÜ.
4.2. Modena Payment Options:
- If you choose to pay via Modena (e.g., Buy Now, Pay Later or Installments), you may be entering into a separate credit agreement with Modena Estonia OÜ. Please review their specific terms during checkout.
- RePlast OÜ is the responsible personal data processor and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Modena Estonia OÜ.
4.3. The Online Store does not have access to the Customer’s full bank or credit card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship goods to the following regions: Estonia and European Union.
5.2. Shipping options typically include courier services (e.g., Omniva, DPD, Itella) or parcel lockers.
5.3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise. The respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
5.4. Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the contract of sale entering into force. Deliveries outside of Estonia may take longer depending on the destination.
5.5. In exceptional cases, we have the right to ship goods up to 45 calendar days.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
6.1. After receiving the order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the Online Store within 14 days (pursuant to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act).
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- The Customer is a legal person (company).
- The products are custom-made or clearly personalized.
- The product has been damaged or used by the Customer beyond what is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (i.e., you may handle the product as you would in a physical shop).
6.3. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the goods have been used for another purpose, or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
6.4. To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the email address info@nordih.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.5. The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the product being returned does not correspond to the order (e.g., an incorrect or defective product).
6.6. The Customer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the logistics carrier within the said period.
6.7. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store shall return to the Customer all payments received from the Customer under the contract immediately but no later than after 14 days.
7. Defective Goods and Right to File a Claim
7.1. The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser.
- Within the first year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to prove otherwise.
7.2. The Customer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by sending an email to info@nordih.com.
7.3. The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser due to improper storage or non-intended use of the product.
7.4. If goods bought from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
8. Direct Marketing and Personal Data
8.1. The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the purchaser strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy (including for processing the order and sending goods).
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. If the purchaser has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must send them via email to info@nordih.com.
9.2. If the purchaser and the Online Store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the complaint submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the Online Store. Resolution of disputes by the Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
