Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the products and your location.
Estonia
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Carriers: Omniva, Itella SmartPost, DPD (Parcel Lockers or Courier)
European Union
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-14 business days (depending on destination)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders within the European Union: There are no customs duties for orders shipped to countries within the EU. The prices displayed on our website include the applicable VAT.
For International Orders (Non-EU): RePlast OÜ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
While we take great care in packaging your wall panels and plants, accidents can happen during transit.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nordih.com.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within Estonia and the European Union. We do not ship outside of the EU at this time.
