Kui see siiski nii ei ole, kehtib ostudele <strong>14-p\u00e4evane taganemis\u00f5igus<\/strong> alates kauba k\u00e4ttesaamisest. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Taganemis\u00f5igus (tavap\u00e4rane tagastus)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kliendil on \u00f5igus k\u00e4esolevast lepingust <strong>14 p\u00e4eva<\/strong> jooksul taganeda, ilma p\u00f5hjust esitamata.<br\/>Taganemist\u00e4htaeg l\u00f5peb 14 p\u00e4eva m\u00f6\u00f6dumisel p\u00e4evast, mil Klient v\u00f5i Kliendi m\u00e4\u00e4ratud kolmas isik (kes ei ole tarnija) on kauba f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt k\u00e4tte saanud. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tagastatavad tooted<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toote tagastamiseks peavad olema t\u00e4idetud j\u00e4rgmised tingimused:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tagastatav toode peab olema samas seisukorras, nagu see Kliendile \u00fcle anti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kliendil on \u00f5igus tootega tutvuda samal moel nagu f\u00fc\u00fcsilises kaupluses, kuid toode ei tohi olla kasutatud viisil, mis v\u00e4hendab selle v\u00e4\u00e4rtust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toode peab olema originaalpakendis (kui pakend on olemas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mittetagastatavad tooted<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taganemis\u00f5igus ei kohaldu j\u00e4rgmistele juhtudele:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eritellimusel valmistatud v\u00f5i selgelt isikup\u00e4rastatud<\/strong> tooted (nt Kliendi soovil konkreetsetesse mittestandardsetesse m\u00f5\u00f5tudesse l\u00f5igatud seinapaneelid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c4rikliendi (B2B) tellimused, v\u00e4lja arvatud juhul, kui on kokku lepitud teisiti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tagastamise algatamine<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taganemis\u00f5iguse kasutamiseks tuleb Kliendil teavitada M\u00fc\u00fcjat oma otsusest lepingust taganeda \u00fchem\u00f5ttelise avaldusega e-posti teel.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>E-mail:<\/strong> info@nordih.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tagastusaadress:<\/strong> Valdeku tn 168, 11217 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Eesti Vabariik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Palume lisada e-kirja <strong>tellimuse number<\/strong> ja m\u00e4rkida <strong>tooted<\/strong>, mida soovite tagastada.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tagastamisega seotud tarnekulud<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tavap\u00e4rased tagastused:<\/strong><br\/>Tagastamisega seotud tarnekulud kannab Klient. Tagastamisele kuuluvaid tarnekulusid ei h\u00fcvitata. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defektne v\u00f5i vale toode:<\/strong><br\/>Kui Klient on saanud defektse v\u00f5i vale toote, katab tagastamisega seotud tarnekulud M\u00fc\u00fcja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Tagasimaksed<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e4rast tagastatud kauba k\u00e4ttesaamist ja selle seisukorra kontrollimist teavitab M\u00fc\u00fcja Klienti e-posti teel, et tagastus on k\u00e4tte saadud.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Heakskiitmine:<\/strong><br\/>Kui tagastus on heaks kiidetud, alustatakse tagasimakse t\u00f6\u00f6tlemist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tagasimakse viis:<\/strong><br\/>Tagasimakse tehakse automaatselt samale makseviisile, mida kasutati algse ostu sooritamisel (Stripe, PayPal v\u00f5i Modena).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T\u00e4htaeg:<\/strong><br\/>Tagasimakse tehakse viivitamata, kuid mitte hiljem kui <strong>14 p\u00e4eva<\/strong> jooksul alates p\u00e4evast, mil M\u00fc\u00fcja on tagastatud kauba k\u00e4tte saanud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e4rkus tarnekulude kohta:<\/strong><br\/>Tagastatakse toote hind ja algne tavap\u00e4rane tarnekulu. Kui Klient valis kallima tarneviisi kui M\u00fc\u00fcja poolt pakutud standardne tarneviis, ei kuulu hinnavahe tagastamisele. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Defektne v\u00f5i kahjustatud toode<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kui tellimus saabus kahjustatuna v\u00f5i kui tootel esineb tootmisdefekt, on Kliendil \u00f5igus esitada pretensioon vastavalt 2-aastasele seadusj\u00e4rgsele garantiile.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Palume v\u00f5tta meiega viivitamata \u00fchendust e-posti aadressil <strong>info@nordih.com<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Palume lisada kirjale fotod defektist v\u00f5i kahjustusest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sellisel juhul korraldab M\u00fc\u00fcja asendustoote saatmise v\u00f5i t\u00e4ieliku tagasimakse, sealhulgas h\u00fcvitab ka tagastamisega seotud tarnekulud.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
