Refund and Returns Policy

At nordih.com (operated by RePlast OÜ), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • You may examine the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not have used it in a way that diminishes its value.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are custom-made or clearly personalized (e.g., wall panels cut to specific non-standard dimensions requested by you).
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) orders (unless agreed otherwise).

2. How to Start a Return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement via email.

Please include your Order Number and the Items you wish to return in your email.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (Stripe, PayPal, or Modena).
  • Timeline: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you.

Note on Delivery Costs: We will refund the cost of the product and the original standard delivery fee. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered, we are not required to refund the extra cost.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to file a claim under the 2-year legal guarantee.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (usually 5-10 business days).
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nordih.com.
